Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • All standard shipping orders will be shipped out on Monday's unless that Monday falls on a holiday then the order will be shipped the following Tuesday
  • Express Shipping ships out the next day unless purchased on a Saturday or Holiday. Post offices are closed on Sunday, and Holidays.
  • We will ship using USPS mail

Returns: 

  • ***ALL ACCESSORIES, MYSTERY BAGS, AND MARKED DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE NO RETURNS***
  • We ask that you notify us within 5 days from the date of the delivery if you would like to request a return and we will review the email within 48hrs for approval.
  • Items must be in their original unworn condition tags still attached, free from deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories, mystery bags, intimates, bodysuits, sale/clearance items.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for items to be processed back & for credit to be seen on your account.

Damaged/Missing items: 

  • Please notify us within 48hrs of the package delivery date to report item(s) defective/missing item(s). We will review the email within 48hrs for approval Upon confirmation email of the damaged item, all damaged items must be returned to us within 5 days.
